工作流 2：生成报告#

在这个工作流中，您将合并来自不同来源的数据、转换二进制数据、生成文件并发送相关通知。最终的工作流应该如下图所示：

为了简化操作，我们将这个工作流分为三个部分。

第一部分：从不同来源获取数据#

工作流的第一部分包含五个节点：

使用 HTTP Request 节点 从存储公司数据的 API 端点获取数据。配置以下节点参数：
- Method: Get
- URL: 注册本课程时邮件中收到的数据集 URL
- Authentication: Generic Credential Type
  - Generic Auth Type: Header Auth
  - Credentials for Header Auth: 注册本课程时邮件中收到的 Header Auth 名称和 Header Auth 值
- Send Headers: 切换为 true
  - Specify Headers: 选择 Using Fields Below
  - Name: unique_id
  - Value: 注册本课程时邮件中收到的唯一 ID
使用 Airtable 节点 列出 customers 表中的数据（您已更新了 region 和 subregion 字段）。
使用 Merge 节点 根据 customerID 字段匹配，合并来自 Airtable 和 HTTP Request 节点的数据。
使用 Sort 节点 按 orderPrice 降序排序数据。

测验问题

分配给客户1的员工姓名是什么？
客户2的订单状态是什么？
最高订单金额是多少？

第二部分：生成区域销售文件#

工作流的第二部分包含四个节点：

使用 If 节点 过滤仅显示来自 Americas 地区的订单。
使用 Convert to File 将传入数据从 JSON 格式转换为二进制格式。将每个项目转换为单独的文件。（如果能根据 orderID 命名每个报告可获得加分！）
使用 Gmail 节点（或其他电子邮件节点）通过电子邮件将文件发送到您可访问的地址。注意需要添加一个带有 data 属性的附件。
使用 Discord 节点 在 n8n Discord 频道 #course-level-two 中发送消息。在节点中配置以下参数：
- Webhook URL: 注册本课程时通过电子邮件收到的 Discord URL。
- Text: "我使用电子邮件发送了带有标签 ID {label ID} 的文件。我的 ID："后跟注册课程时通过电子邮件发送给您的唯一 ID。
  注意需要用引用节点数据的表达式替换花括号 {} 中的文本。

有多少订单被分配到 Americas 地区？
Americas 地区订单的总价是多少？
Write Binary File 节点返回了多少个项目？

第三部分：生成总销售额文件#

工作流的第三部分包含五个节点：

使用 Loop Over Items 节点 将 Item Lists 节点的数据分割成每批5条记录。
使用 Set 节点 设置四个值，这些值通过表达式从前一个节点引用：customerEmail、customerRegion、customerSince 和 orderPrice。
使用 Date & Time 节点 将 customerSince 字段的日期格式改为 MM/DD/YYYY 格式。
- 设置 Include Input Fields 选项以保持所有数据在一起。
使用 Convert to File 节点 创建一个 CSV 电子表格，文件名设置为表达式：{{$runIndex > 0 ? 'file_low_orders':'file_high_orders'}}。
使用 Discord 节点 在 n8n Discord 频道 #course-level-two 中发送消息。在节点中配置以下参数：
- Webhook URL: 注册本课程时收到的电子邮件中的 Discord URL。
- Text: "我创建了电子表格 {file name}。我的ID：" 后跟注册课程时通过电子邮件收到的唯一ID。
  注意需要用表达式替换 {file name}，该表达式引用前一个 Convert to File 节点 的数据。
